Fitting @work and comfort insoles

@work and comfort insoles by Formthotics are ready to wear insoles
and are designed to mould to the shape of your feet using your own
body heat and body weight. After three days of wear, you'll have your
very own custom fitted work footwear.

@work insoles are suitable for boots: work boots, safety boots and gumboots.

comfort insoles are suitable for shoes: work, business and safety shoes.

1. If possible, remove the existing insoles from your shoes

2. Select the correct size using the Formthotics size chart. If the insoles are too long, use the old insoles as a guide to trim the Formthotics to size. Warning: Don’t trim them to short!
3. Place @work insoles inside your shoes. The Formthotics should sit flat and fit firmly inside your shoe. The heel cup of the insole should be positioned directly under your heel (see note below for placement of comfort insoles inside shoes)
4. Put your shoes on and lace your shoes up firmly. @work insoles are now ready to use. They will mould to your feet with your own body heat and body weight. After three days, you'll have your very own custom fitted footwear.

Please note: Your body may need to adjust to this new level of support. It normally takes about three days for your feet to get used to the feel and fit of @work insoles

3a. When fitting comfort insoles, place the insole as far back in the shoe as you can with the heel cup of the insole positioned directly under your heel.

3b. If the insole slides forward you can adhere the insoles to the shoes, using the self adhesive dots provided, to the underside of the insole.
