This 43 year old female, professional netball umpire has had a 6 month history right plantar medial heel pain with an onset of pain triggered by increased umpire training to compete for spot in ANZ Championship. She would like to achieve level 17 on the Yo-Yo Intermittent Test and obtain a spot as an ANZ Netball Championship Umpire.
