With Football Formthotics the heel and medial arch are well supported, pressure distribution is spread evenly over the foot surface and the big toe is free to form a strong propulsive lever for powerful forward and directional motion. The outside (lateral) column of the foot is supported along the length of the lateral arch, maintaining stability. The heel is cupped around its boarder ensuring support is consistent throughout the entire foot providing immediate feedback to the athlete.
